ONLY FOR DOUBLE 8 MOVIE CAMERAS THAT ACCEPT 100 FOOT ROLLS.

This film will not fit in Regular 8mm cameras that accept 25 foot spools. (This film will also not fit in Regular 8mm “magazine” load cameras, Super 8 or 16mm cameras)

Variable ISO – Although box rated at 400 ISO, most recent tests indicate that the “sweet spot” is to expose this film at 200 ISO.

Development – Film can be developed as a negative or as reversal (positive)

How do I shoot this film? On the first pass though the camera, the film is exposed only along half of its width. When the first pass is complete, the operator opens the camera and flips and swaps the spools.  The same film is exposed along its other edge. After the film is developed, the film scanner will scan the two lengths of 8mm film (double 8mm) on each side making for (1) 200 foot roll. This film WILL NOT fit Super 8 cameras or 8mm cameras that need a magazine cartridge. We do not accept returns on movie film.

Terms – With the rare exception of a film product recall, user issues with film are a by-product of the deterioration of parts in the vintage cameras used to shoot the film. Even functioning and previously tested vintage cameras may experience motor film transport issues, film breakage, light leaks, over-and-under-exposure, and emulsion scratches. We feel it is important to bring your attention to these risks as we do not accept returns, offer replacement film or refunds on movie film.
